The Top of the Key (Short Film)
A father-son story centered on a retired basketball player (Malcolm) who had to walk away from the game after an injury. Bitter about how his career ended, he does his best to avoid the sport entirely until his son expresses a desire to follow in his footsteps. What begins as hesitation slowly becomes obsession as the father pours everything he didn't accomplish into his son’s development. That fixation creates a growing rift between them, and the story ultimately asks whether he can be the father his son actually needs.
